How to use your pad
01 Lay your pad on your underwear, coloured gusset facing you
02 Secure the wings around your underwear and snap shut
03 Go forth and live your life
04 Change when necessary – the coloured gusset will make it easy to know
05 To store your pad: fold the ends over the used gusset, then fold the wings over and snap them together. This creates a neat little package. Stash it in your dry bag until you get home
How to clean your pad
01 If you can, soak your used pad in cold water for a few hours before washing to avoid stains
02 Otherwise simply give it a quick rinse with cold water then wash it with your next load of laundry
03 Use a cold cycle (30C) and your normal detergent
04 Hang it in the sun to dry – it saves energy and prolongs the life of your pads
