How to use your pad
01 Lay your pad on your underwear, coloured gusset facing you.
02 Secure the wings around your underwear and snap shut.
03 Go forth and live your life!
04 Change when necessary – the coloured gusset will make it easy to know.
05 To store your pad: fold the ends over the used gusset, then fold the wings over and snap them together. This creates a neat little package. Stash it in your dry bag until you get home.
How to clean your pad
01 If you can, soak your used pad in cold water for a few hours before washing to avoid stains.
02 Otherwise simply give it a quick rinse with cold water then wash it with your next load of laundry.
03 Use a cold cycle (30C) and your normal detergent.
04 Hang it in the sun to dry – it saves energy and prolongs the life of your pads.
