Sustainable Packaging Policy

It’s important to us that we use minimal resources in our packaging to reduce unnecessary waste. We use compostable mailers that are strong, durable, and waterproof (they will protect your items during transit), while also being environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Each mailer will break down naturally in your home compost bin after around six months.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of your parcel and your location. We have partnered up with CTT to deliver your Pena parcel, however, as we are a small business, these rates are not as competitive as if we were a larger corporation.

To cut emissions and to save money, we suggest combining orders with a friend, colleague, or family member when possible.

Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot offer any returns or refunds on any purchased Pena items. This includes wet bags and any items on sale.

Order Processing

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. For more details on tracking options and delivery times please consult the table below.
